Hi Judith. We are sitting here on Thanksgiving Day, thinking of you. We miss you, but we have not put mushrooms into the gravy, there are 2 stuffing recipes (one with junk and one without) and the turket is right side up in the oven. Dana is NOT making cheese balls cause she has a new recipe. And Sara (and Andy) are pregnant! We're glad you are having fun and another great adventure ---also learning a lot I am sure. Love, Diane, Ed, Sara, Dana, Lauren, Andy, Dan
